First night, a group of college boys were up until 3 am talking, and the second night, the bar next door (Leatherheads Sports Bar & Grill) had a concert playing until 3am that was so loud our walls shook. We called the police, but they did nothing. Apparently, this concert happens every weekend and there's nothing anyone can do about...

“great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong...

“The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad. Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...

Staff was super helpful and Michael from Miami went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all concerns. Very professional. I can’t wait to come back for another stay.”
