We checked in, our room was filthy, blood stains all over the bedding, dirt and hair in the shower, pee all over the bathroom floor, no bedding for the pullout couch. The site says there are cribs available, we were told they only have one and it was already taken and this is why we booked this hotel. Went to call down to the front desk about the filthy room, the extension is non-existent, so I used my cell phone to call outbound to get to the front desk. Let...

Our toilet was leaking but maintenance took care of it quickly and the pool was out of commission for an FYI.
