"This hotel is amazing. Beautiful building. Flawlessly well run by the incredible staff. I was blown away. They care a lot about running a great hotel and it shows. While other hotels are understaffed and let their hotel fall into disrepair, the lodge is a true model for how great hotels should be run. We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly."

"We really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. The breakfast was just okay. Whoever the cook was, they did not cook very well. I don't know if they were new or rushed but the oatmeal was very runny, the gravy (for biscuits & gravy) was very soupy and the bacon was undercooked. Otherwise, they had other choices to chose from and that is what we did."
