"Checked in very early and the lovely man on the desk upgraded my room for free which was so nice of him and very welcoming! Hotel is a great location and is walkable to Dubai marina and to all my Pilates classes in the area! Felt very safe as a female solo traveller! Only thing that I was confused about was upon checkout I was sitting in the communal seating area and a staff member came up and asked why I was eating at the table and that I should be eating in my room not down here. He was slightly abrupt with his tone almost like I shouldn’t be there and considering many other guests were also eating from various places in the seating area it left me feeling very confused and quite uncomfortable."

"The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was good overall, although I feel there could be a wider variety of vegetarian options. The chefs were particularly helpful and made a real effort to accommodate our requests, which we really appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to keep breakfast and dinner at the same hotel. During our stay, the management alternated the meals between two hotels on different days, which was a little inconvenient. Having both meals consistently at the same hotel would make the overall experience much more comfortable for guests. The main thing we were disappointed with was being charged separately for drinking water during dinner, despite having booked a half-board package. I would expect basic drinking water to be included with dinner, particularly for half-board guests. Overall, however, we had a very good stay, enjoyed our time there, and appreciated the excellent service from the staff."

"Absolutely incredible experience at Atlantis The Royal! The hotel is stunning, luxurious, and truly on another level. The rooms are beautiful, the facilities are world-class, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. The pools, restaurants, and overall atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. What really stood out was the service—everyone was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Atlantis The Royal definitely lives up to the hype. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we would absolutely come back!"
