Great location/Value for money.
I enjoyed my trip to Dubai, Saffron hotel is a brilliant location fantastic staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would love too return for a longer for a longer stay.

It was close to restaurants and stores. The wasroom was tiny. The toilet was in front of the sink and i could not even stand infront of sink. The shower was tiny with a handheld shower with poor water pressure. The room stunk of smoke or stale sheets. There was no lock from inside. Tow3ls were so thin and hard.

Комфортный отель! Цена - качество!
Через 5 минут после заселения увидели на кровати много КЛОПОВ. Тут же позвонили на ресепшн и нам поменяли комнату на втором этаже! Чистое постельное белье. Ванна требует ремонта. Сам номер чистый, но не много уставший. А так в целом ценна - качество! Но за 8 дней проживания ни какого дискомфорта не было. Отель находится рядом с метро, было очень удобно добираться в город. Аэропорт находится поблизости, но шума не было! Есть горячая вода, шкаф, холодильник, телевизор, обеденный стол.

Rude staff
The staff was rude and would not let me use a towel and The first room they gave me smells like smoke. Then they gave me a room with two beds versus one bed. They never clean the room

Poor customer service at Saffron Hotel
I am writing to rate Saffron Hotel 1 out of 10 because it's members of staff do not have customer service/care. For the fist two days, we begged them for toilet papers but we never provided, nobody cleaned our room up to the time we left, the room was dirty as if they didn't know that we are coming. It's only the restaurant which has members of staff with good customer service. But to say the truth, I can't recommend anyone to book for this Saffron Hotel am sorry.

The best vacation ever, frendly stuff, decent room with decent breakfest. Overall exscelent budget hotel, would recommend to stay at this hotel.

You get what you pay for.
A cheap place to stay. If you're a clean freak stay away. Plenty of mould and groomed in the bathroom. WiFi was crap, telephone wasn't connected to wall duei to having no plug. But the a/c was ok, main thing required for Dubai.

Unfriendly staff. Bad internet reception although you have to pay it extra. No alcohol can be ordered.

Bu otel oda temizliği bile yapmıyor.Wifi ücretli.Odalar çok dar ve küçük.Dubai de son gideceğiniz otel olsun.Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.Paraya yazık.

Přímo tragická úroveň kvality, čistota pokojů je také velice nízko.... . Wifi za peníze a po příjezdu Vás zkásnou o městskou daň 10 AED (což se mi nikdy předtím na tomto webu nestalo). Pokoj je maličký, což je patrné z popisu na stránkách, ale koupelna je přímo výsměch, vana je rozříznutá a svařená, takže ve výsledku je užitečná a přijatelná maximálně pro žáka prvního stupně základní školy.

Cheap Hotel
Had no problems besides the fact that it was advertised as a free wi-fi. Had to pay D$20 which is less than a fiver. But connection was really bad and I couldn't use face time with my daughter back home.

Firstly the hotel is not in the best of conditions and has serious issues with hygeine. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Beaucoup de bruit sur les chambres donnant côté rue. Les chambres ne sont pas faite tous les jours. Personnel très serviable et aimable.

Very small rooms.
Not friendly staff....i am an Arab but i can speak Hindi. The hindi speaking staff were speaking in hindi against me. They were mocking at me as i got difficult in parking in the small area of parking. Unprofessional staff, including the reception staff. One night stay is fine as i didnt hv option. But will not stay there again. Parking is chargeable 50 dhs per night which is a lot. No wifi available.

the saty was good, we just used the hotel to have a shower and sleep. However, there were leaks in the bathroom and there was no wifi in the lobby area as they they say in the hotel description. We asked for it and told us they don t want to give it for free. Actually, if you want wifi, you have to pay for it. Hence, in my opinion, they should change it in the description.

Very bad experience
Please do not go to this property. Hotel staff may come to your room any time during your stay without knocking, using the spare key. They do not even feel sorry for disturbing you while sleeping. Not only happened with me but also seen them doing this with other guests. All of sudden two persons came in for AC maintenance.

Room is clean, location is nice, very close to metro. The only disadvantage is the wifi is chargeable.

Decent for quick layover
I was there for only about 5 hours, just a layover between flights. The room is decent enough for a cheap place near the airport. They even did wake up calls. The guy at the check in wanted to hold on to my passport and give it to me when I leave. I told him to scan it instead. he did that and returned my passport. Thought that was slightly weird. Otherwise everything was good. Booked a careem ride to the airport using mozio, and it was $8 or so to get to the airport.

Sufficient space for single or couple with less luggage 4. Good price compared to other hotels in Dubai Minus points 1. Wi-Fi on payment 20 dh per day 2. Only basic breakfast will be given. 3. Rooms will not be sufficient for a family with kids. 4. No pool or garden, parking.. Overall it's a good hotel for single or couple going on budget, May not suit families

Reasonable for a budget hotel.
Hotel Saffron is a budget hotel so set your expectations accordingly and you won't be disappointed. It could definitely be cleaner, but the hotel was probably in decent shape for something in this price range. Don't expect much from breakfast, it can get boring after the first 2-3 days and the coffee is absolutely useless so do yourself a favour and pass. The proximity to the metro is a big fat winner!

Anytime again....
Exellent Good value for the price. Good location near Metro and close to City Center Mall. Quiet neighborhood, friendly service, very comfortable room. Very satisfied.

Lågbudget hotel, små rum, gratis parkering, WiFi finns men är inte gratis, ganska smutsig restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, ganska nonchalant personal i receptionen. Detta är ett hotell för en kortare vistelse.
