Dear Giles, Thank you for your feedback in relation to your stay. Your feedback was shared during your stay with both myself and another senior colleagues. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay and that the experience in your previous hotel was more suited to your expectations. I am also sorry if the steps we took to make you feel like you received better value for money did not make up for the gap in your expectations. Each guest has their own preferences and I am sorry that we were not compatible with yours. I would still advise you that we do have other hotels within the Jumeirah Brand and while Al Naseem is clearly not for you there are opportunities for you to have different experiences in our other properties which you may find more to your liking. While I do not take away from your own perceptions and personal experience we do have many guests who find that Al Naseem does tick their boxes and hence the "overcrowding". We are definitely a busy hotel with high occupancy which does indicate that we are doing something right however comes with its own demands and complications but we do our best to meet the demands on the hotel as well as the luxury standards that we set for ourselves.Once again, I am sorry that you did not have an enjoyable experience while you were here and I am grateful for your feedback which we will review were applicable.

Dear Paul, Thank you for leaving your review and for such a generous score. I take note of your feedback regarding the lobby bar which I agree is unusually busy compared to other hotels. It is a very popular spot for food and drinks, especially on the weekend for both in house guests and external walk ins. I would like to let you know that in future I would recommend Blind Tiger which is our dedicated bar and normally can accommodate walk ins without a reservation. Dear Alison, Thank you very much for your survey and choosing to stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem. I do apologise for the delay in my response. With regards to the VIP Access that you were entitled to during your stay I would like to inform you that this was in relation to a food and beverage discount of 20%.I did have a look at your bill to see if this discount was applied however it appears that you did not consume any extras at the hotel and the only charges I found were for the room.
