Centrally located to seethe sights in Dublin. Not fancy looking on the outside but remodeled rooms with easy to control heat and cool are the benefit of these units.

Its worth the money. Staff are pretty accomodating except for one incident of miscommunication with the housekeeping not knowing someone was already checked in and shes trying to get in to my room, pretty abnoxious. Otherwise, checkin in was smooth so as checking out. Plus its a good location⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for our first time in Dublin and had a great time! It was a nicely decorated and well-sized studio. Fully stocked kitchen (mini fridge, cups, pots, coffee machine, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc). The bathroom was modern, clean, and stocked with a nice brand of toiletries. Based on other reviews, we were slightly concerned about the check-in process and virtual front desk but we emailed ahead of time and the staff were responsive with check-in instructions. Convenient location on a quieter side street but within walking distance to all the major spots in Dublin. There is also a nice cafe right across the street. We would stay here again for any future trips to Dublin.

We were walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. It was our first time in Dublin and was a great location. We arrived at 2am and finding the property was relatively simple from the directions we were given. The coded doors worked great.

Easy remote check in, both rooms very clean, central location, only thing I would suggest is fitting an inside lock to room 101 to ensure security

Think: upmarket student digs with minimal housekeeping. Don’t panic that everything is low rent 4-digit code key style, but don’t be too surprised if the front door code changes on you. If you can handle open air industrial walkways instead of internal staircases then this small little complex works just fine. The area is surprisingly quiet most nights, but the local bars can be busy on Thursdays.

This is a unique accommodation and the kitchenette is handy for basic meals. The shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. The beds are too soft for us. The check in process is cumbersome. It’s self check in and it takes several emails before finally getting the codes for the entrance and key box.

The room was clean, but foul smell emanated from the bath. It’s not explained until you book that there is no hotel staff. Everything is done online. The phone number given for help did not work. The location is good. Few utensils in the kitchenette. This room was way overpriced. An oversized bath had no shelving. Hi price lo expectations

This is a self check-in hotel. We didn't get the email with the codes to get in the lobby and in our room. We had to make calls to track down someone who could resend them. Then, they changed the door code for some reason. We then had to find the email with the new code. The room was OK, but I am not sure it was worth all the trouble to get into our room. Also, unless you pay the hundred euro deposit, they don't send you your codes. There are better options in Dublin than this hotel.
