“When we arrived the hotel had changed ownership between the time of booking and the date of arrival. They told me I had to pay for our night and that I did not have breakfast included when that was what I had already booked and paid for. They eventually reversed the charge for the night but they said I had to speak to someone else about the breakfast because it was not included. The next morning was very early and I had wanted to get breakfast to go and did not have time to argue with another...

“This property had a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient. Unfortunately we were dropped off a long distance from our terminal. The rooms were very large and comfortable. It was very quiet there, comfortable and clean. The food was good and there was a choice of three places to eat. We had breakfast very early at 7 am and enjoyed a lovely supper upstairs while enjoying the drinks and the view of the runway.
