“I spent a week in Dublin and only experienced this at this hotel: hotel restaurant staff told me to sit anywhere and then ignored me for 20 minutes. I had to order food from bar where they asked me where I was sitting which seemed like an easily solved problem if they had come wait on me. There no signs indicating that one had to order at bar. Leaving airport signage is unclear where to stand to get the shuttle “outside terminal 2.” Wander around enough and you’ll see a sign indicating one has...

“Nice bedding in a comfortable room. The surrounding environment was wonderful with lots of wood. very peaceful. I would like to come back to stay here again. The breakfast was good with nice silverware. The shuttle service to the airport was also very convenient.”

“Shuttle to and from the airport was very efficient and timely. Food quality and quantity was very good. Very quiet when considering its proximity to the airport. Definitely would use this hotel again.”

“Wonderful historic property, well maintained and being updated as we were there. While not being air conditioned was understood, was surprised at how hot the room got - small sea facing window didn’t really allow the room to cool off even though days were only 24 C and nights were down to 15-18 C. Lovely location - both the hotel location and the Sutton/Howth area.”
