"We had a great stay at Hawks Cay! Staff are all lovely and helpful. We had an issue yesterday as towels were taken during housekeeping service but not replaced. I reported this to reception but unfortunately this was not followed up. Lady at reception was very kind this morning apologising."

"The dryer did not work properly, had to dry one small load five times. The freezer could not keep ice cream melted. The fridge could not keep yogurt cold. The property just needs a total redo as far as up keep. The showers, the baseboards, cracks with pieces falling in the bedrooms. I would not go back."

"Another amazing stay in the Florida Keys! 🌴☀️ This resort was absolutely beautiful. The beach was small, but it was still swimmable and perfect for relaxing by the water. The pool was a highlight—spacious, beautiful, and a great place to spend the day. A little tip: bring any essentials with you before you arrive. There is only one small store across the street, and while it's convenient, the selection is limited and the prices are quite high. We stayed in the two-bedroom, one-bathroom...
