“I chose this hotel as it had a lift and car parking facilities. Unfortunately although I was on the first floor my room was on the opposite side of the landing which meant out of the lift I had to go down 6 steps then up 6 steps which was very difficult especially carrying suitcases, hence although difficult for me it was actually easier just to walk up and down the stairs .
There was no chance in getting in the car park.
Again if I had known the hotel was in the middle of refurbishment I would...
“Lovely clean room, very helpful staff, perfect setting, one of best buffet breakfasts I have ever had. Would definately go again. Kids loved lovely pool. Fantastic comfy beds. Only niggle was shower which was on a mixer tap on bath, water temperature would sometimes become scalding hot in seconds, but lovely big bath to use instead. Some rooms had better shower. Loved it.”
“Reception staff great. Breakfast Ok. Our hot meal was brought to the table 5 minutes after we sat down for cereal. Order not as requested which meant wasted food.Staff?”
“Nice property, nice location, good helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant, rooms were nice, spacious and modern.
The staff on reception and in the restaurant were exceptional, we never really had any intervention with the other staff as we were a fly by night visit.
I would highly recommend this beautiful resort.”
“Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side.
Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well.
Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs.
Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes.
