โMy partner and I had a great 10 day stay thanks to the whole team: our host Eumir who communicated with us prior to and following our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, the housekeepers Mary, Montse and especially Aime who did a great job for our scheduled weekly room cleaning. Also shoutout to Pedro from maintenance and the security guards Lulรบ and Paola who greeted us with a smile at all hours of the day whether we were leaving early for tours or coming back late from events....
โNancy was a great host and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. The area is convenient and walkable with many famous restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There were mosquitoes in our room every night so be careful and it does get loud on the weekends due to a popular restaurant being on the first floor. Overall, we would stay here again!โ
โit was an extremely cozy room in the best location! we walked to some amazing restaurants and shopping close by. the daily pastries from rosetta were amazing also! would absolutely book here again :)โ
โEveryone was polite and kind. Easy access, metro is right outside and so are food options and a quick walk to Paseo de la Reforma. I would stay again.โ
โIf you need to go to Mexico City. Recommend this hotel. Amazing and very beautiful roof view. Itโs an attraction itself. When I come back to Mexico !!! Will only book with them. Thanks for an amazing stay !!!โ
โmy sister and I had the best time staying at this lovely hotel. staffs are super friendly and breakfast was really good. our room (standard) weren't big but clean. I will definitely go back on my next visit!โ
