โThe property is in a very convenient and safe location. Someone (hotel?) had puzzles set out on a table which made a more comfortable environment.โ
โThe property is clean with no lingering mold odor and provides very nice amenities for guest such as gym and laundry. The property is next to great shopping and restaurants. Convenient access to the highway. The highlight was the comfortable bed the only thing missing was blackout curtains in my room. โ
โThe staff was thoughtful, gave great service and was very helpful. Made us feel welcome. Sandy was a stand out here. She was on top of it and gave us a top notch experience. โ
โI didn't like that they didn't have an elevator, but that's my only complaint! The room I had was nice and clean, the beds were hard, but somehow cozy and welcoming, and the property was well kept and clean!โ

โMarcus and Skylar really did a wonderful job on making sure my family was taken care of during our stay for our family reunion. Even though it was a lot of us they remained calm and professional during check-in, during our stay, and during check-out. The hotel was a lil different from what a few people was use to but because of the fantastic service from Marcus, Skylar, and staff that weekend it was overlooked. Wonderful job team!โ
โReally enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the pool will be opened soon. Otherwise no complaints. The room was clean and updated with all amenities. The blow dryer is actually useful which canโt be said for most places. Would definitely recommend. โ
โThe front desk clerk at check in was very kind and conversational. He was a former Memphian like myself and we talked good BBQ our first night, then he and my son talked soccer the next night. I applaud his friendliness.โ
