“The location was great; on the water, very good Chinese restaurant right by the hotel, and just minutes away from shops and In-N-Out ,about 15 minutes away from Oakland International Airport, and in a safe area. Staff very helpful. There was a scratch mark on the inside of the bathroom door, and a blue scratch mark about 6 inches long (I am guessing the paint from underneath). I requested an explanation and supporting documents for this charge. The hotel’s contact options were...

“When I first entered the room, I was surprised to see the TV hanging crooked on the wall, and overall the place was covered in dust, which made it feel far from clean. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor. The location near the airport and the affordable price were convenient, but this doesn’t seem like a hotel suitable for a long stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.”
