โI had a bad experience at Cathy's Cottages with mice in my room so I moved here. Jacky at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and the property is well maintained and very comfortable. I also liked that they did not charge more for weekend nights like all the other hotels in Big Bear. Next time I am in town, this is definitely where I am staying. Highly recommended. A+โ
โBest kept secret on the lake! Eclectic, fun stay! We barbecued in the common area, played games om the patio, borrowed the bikes, took a walk around the cute neighborhood and we were just a hop, skip and a jump away from the lake where we went kayaking. Great and responsive hosts too!โ
โApples Bed and Breakfast makes you feel like you are at home. The rooms are very large with comfortable beds. They have an amazing home cooked sit-down breakfast which is delicious . I would definitely go back. โ
โWonderful customer service. Cottages very clean, complimentary coffee. Refrigerator, microwave. Beautiful fireplace. Will definitely be back. Lights outside when itโs dark. Picnic table bbq area. I love it. Very cozy, welcoming. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. โ
โFriendly and helpful staff, clean and airy room, comfortable bed, and nice towels. The shower had excellent water pressure. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which all smelled nice.
I would only suggest they oil the windows because the windows were a bit hard to slide open. The screens should be cleaned as well.
Otherwise, it was super enjoyable and we will DEFINITELY return at our next visit ๐๐ปโ

Because she was cleaning a room, she reassured she was the one I was communicating with on the phone for checking in because this place doesnโt have a main office. AC worked very nice and room and bathroom were very clean. Perfect pricing for last minute reservation. Stayed 3 days 2 nights and would stay again. โ
