"Breakfast was ok. Lots of choices but not always refilled. One day ran out of coffee cups both mugs and disposable cups. Housekeeping also somewhat uneven. Did not always replace all the towels and often did not leave them in the bathroom. Didn't replace shampoo or conditioner. Front desk staff were very helpful."
"I booked a king corner room with excellent view. My only drawback was room did not have a microwave. The hotel was very beautiful, very clean.And with an access of the downtown area , Staff was very friendly and very helpful with your needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to memphis"
