Find hotels in Eastvale Downs, Riverside

"They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "

"It was under construction (a surprise) ,and the power was out until 7pm. After we checked in, the key didn't work, so we got another one. Then, the toilet was not connected in the tank , so we had to have it fixed. It was reconnected only to stop working again. It needed a new flapper, so it never fully worked. Lastly, the noise from the top floor kept us awake throughout the night. "

"Love this hotel! Besides elevator going to the 600 rooms. The one on the right doesn't feel stable on the floor boards but everything else is amazing!! Breakfast is always the best!! Love this hotel! So close to everything as well!"

"Was only there for one night and it was very convenient and price was very good. Front office staff was great. Parking was also very easy and very safe. "

"Breakfast was good some of the outlets in room didn’t work. Bathroom door was tricky sometime it would lock but you could push the door open. I’ve stay here before and had no issues this time a few small issue I would stay here again just not in room 205"

"Rooms are to old , dirty smelly , No hot water in rooms they have to move me to another room that has thesame problem , bad experience and price was also to high for an old hotel "
