"Stayed 2 nights - room key card reader didn't work, so person at desk had to let us in our room each time. They willingly did, but that was inconvenient for us and the employee. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived. Breakfast was fresh. Staff provided restaurant and Caverns info."

"Very helpful and friendly staff, love the afternoon chocolate chip cookies & milk as well as the popcorn cart. Good complimentary breakfast, attractive building and good location. Very spacious room and good price. Great service staff for room cleaning. Only criticism is that 2 out of 3 ice machines were out of service and the carpeting near the elevator on our floor had 2 large rips. Also, the tub was very slippery even with the removable rubber suction cup pad in place-had to be careful not to slip."

"I have NEVER given a bad review, but here I must. The property was dated, and some of the furniture was in bad shape. For instance, the bar stools in the kitchen area were torn on the cushion area or were patched. One night I used the toilet and the water came up in the shower. I had to wait the next day for several hours for a plumber to come out and clear the main line. In the Master Bedroom on windy nights the curtains on the inside of the room would move. And if you like dogs, the neighbors have three dogs and they'll be glad to wake you up at three AM, barking loudly. And the neighborhood is a little scary. This house needs a lot of TLC, or should be bulldozed. "
