Nice place with well finished rooms and good service from staff. We really liked the north our hood including the nice community cafe and park across the street. It was an also a short walk from the tram as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We also liked that the staff were diligent in cleaning the room daily and restocked the complementary teas, coffee, water and biscuits.
A couple minor complaints. The room we stayed in (Sailmaker) was in the basement with no window to the outside. This wasnโt clear in the room description though it should be highlighted more overtly as some may feel closed in without a window. The humidity level was also quite high in the room to the point where everything felt a bit damp. Installing a dehumidifier in the room would be helpful in addressing this. Regardless, we still had a good stay at 3 Johnโs Place.
