"Flew in very late. Arriving past midnight. Front desk clerk was absolutely phenomenal. Came to Seattle for a cruise, picked this hotel due to how close it is to the port. The hotel provided info on a shuttle to the port as well as from the airport to the hotel. Was on the 27th floor and the view was awesome. Would book this hotel without any hesitation. "

"I was in Seattle for an overnight and wanted to visit Pike Place Market and a few additional sites. The Mayflower hotel is well suited for adventures, the staff stored my luggage prior to check in and the front desk staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the comfy bed, Oliver's and the morning coffee. Thank you for making my trip extra special. "

"I am not sure why this property has such a high rating. The room was hot, tiny for two double beds (no desk or table in it), extremely stuffy and the a/c was poor. It seemed quite grubby and is in need of a good cleaning and paint. I tried to phone down to get an ironing board and never got a response. Although the main lobby is kept in okay condition, everything else needs sprucing up. The front desk staff were very nice but I would not recommend it. "

Each staff member we engaged with was warm, sincere, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We’d definitely recommend booking here."
