“Assigned us a room that wasn't even finished bring cleaned or had the bed made even though they had rooms that were already available.”

“Felt welcome from the moment we checked in even at very late hours. The entire hotel area including the pool was very clean.”

“Everything was great! Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle was in for service, but they paid for a taxi to make sure we were to the airport on time.”

“The front desk staff is incompetent. The hot food elements of the breakfast are horrible. Stay away from the eggs and potatoes. The sausage was flavorless but edible. Yogurt, bread and cereal was the only thing that was decent. The facility is really nice and probably good for an extended stay. It's really difficult to communicate with the staff if you don't speak Spanish.”

“Hotel Staff was very helpful; very clean and a lively bar w/ a nice staff.”
