"Rooms were outdated, shower water was dripping all night and wouldn't shut off all the way, staff upon check in was really awesome. Next day I went to ask for pool towels and the gentlemen gave me some, but when I asked for room towels he said I needed to call housekeeping, so when I called they told us we had to go back and pick it up from the front desk anyways. Lack of communication. Breakfast eggs were cold, sausages were not cooked all the way some where still cold. Coffee was gross and watered down. Parking was good. "

"everything basically fine, except the carpet was heavily soiled and should’ve been replaced long ago! secondly, I requested a baggage trolley to the room when checking and also when leaving and was told “We don’t provide that service”!! My wife of 85 years old and I of 87 years old had to tote our. ages to and from room without any help suggested by your very young untrained staff! Don’ think will reschedule w/ you again! Too bad as our girls both live Future Work right around the corner!"

"Me and my children had a great stay. The cleanliness in hospitality was something we would go back for the breakfast was absolutely delicious more than a few options to choose from. I can’t wait to go back."

"My room was great! Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was also yummy! The welcoming staff is incredibly friendly but the only woman that was working at night was honestly really rude when I went to go buy drinks from the fridge. Overall everything else was great though!"

"The location was excellent, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our room was quite unclean. We found dog or cat food on the carpet in the corner of the room, obviously the carpets were not vacuumed after the last guest. My husband has the worst allergies due to an animal being in the room before us. Very disappointing stay. Ensure you ask for a pet free room if you have allergies to animals. "

"The hotel was great. It was clean. I was traveling with two teenage boys and they loved the pool table. My younger kids loves the swimming pool. The breakfast was great and rooms were roomy and clean "

"They changed my account over $1,000 for security should have been $400. Overdrew my account and would not reverse the mistake. No microwave. The place to hang my long dress was short, my dress was touching the floor. Very disappointed in my stay there. I will not stay there anymore. "
