โFor a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb !
Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect.
Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower.
Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job.
I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony

โNous avons passรฉ 10 jours formidables dans cet hรดtel. La vue sur la mer est splendide, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien รฉquipรฉes. Les repas sont de qualitรฉ avec plusieurs restaurants sur rรฉservation via lโapplication Riu. Vu la situation de lโhรดtel il est prรฉfรฉrable de louer une voiture si vous voulez explorer lโรฎle. Il est facile de trouver de la place ร proximitรฉ.

โAlthough the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless.
This hotel really needs to educate its managers.
Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.โ
โThis resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant.
I also enjoyed songs from the resortโs own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple.
Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...
