Nice for the money just needs updating

Very good better than I thought it would be the only issue we had is the bathtub was in horrible condition and the place needed cleaning especially on the floors but it was a very comfortable stay and we will say again

Hotel was OK, clean, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet (even though the location is right next to the freeway); however, the bathroom felt dated, in need of renovation. And since the hotel does not have room service, I did not feel it necessary to leave a mandatory deposit of USD $50 per night.

Excellent place to stay, from the beginning friendly guest service at check in, loved the indoor pool and spacious clean rooms. I felt comfortable and relaxed my whole stay. Only thing was the ice machine did not work and the water vending machine took my money and didn't give me anything. But other than that this hotel is in a great location right off the freeway and I would stay here again and again. Also excellent price!

I saw that it’s in a construction state but the conditions were awful. Stains everywhere and outdated in every sense. I have about -10 pictures that support these statements. Really bad shape all around. I think this location will bounce back being in a prime location - with twin peaks in walking distance, there are some nice options. As far as the hotel goes, they should really shut it down until the upgrades are completed. I stayed in other locations for the same amount paid here, that have 3x better amenities. I should really get my money back as I checked out the second I woke up In the middle of the night. El Paso is a work in progress and I would to see this location thrive…. Side note, cats everywhere outside. I’m rooting for a remodel here.

I’ll remember the hair and those eggs…

Check in and out was excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient. In the room, shower was not very clean. Hair everywhere. Bottom of the bathtub pretty much grey. The breakfast is terrible, flavor wise, staff that runs it is not friendly.

Overall the hotel was ok, room for family was comfortable. Only thing was breakfast. Coffee was cold and toaster only one side worked. Had to wait to use. Vending machines were not working no Ice on 3rd floor.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However the building is run down, and the room was very dirty. The bathtub was extremely dirty the sheets and pillows had stains. The tables, coffee tables and microwave countertop was dirtty a d sticky like it was never wipped or cleanes. There was rat poop on the beds

The front desk staff was accomodating, upon checking in to our room we open the door and the room was never cleaned so we got moved another room. The restroom was very dirty, the shower and tub was moldy. Asked for another room nothing was available besides a smaller room so just sucked it up for the night stay.

Property is in a great location in West El Paso. There were no towels available for us, the elevators were closed. The pool was closed. Only 1 of the 2 stairwells was open. The alarm on the alarm clock was set for 6 am. Our rooms weren't made up in between days and they told us that was policy. Our restroom plug didn't work with the hair dryer. This was our 3rd time staying here and probably the last time unfortunately unless Quality Suites does something about it.

Building needs updated. Pool was never open and when we took a look it looked dirty. Breakfast was cold bread was hard, no fruit at all. Room did not have smoke detector. Couch in room was dirty with stains. Had to take my key to front desk to re-program 2x and the girl that did it the 2nd time did not say a word to me even though i said please thank you have a good afternoon, did not get a word from her at all. Like the area where it’s located due to having options where to eat and shop.

We will start with the positive: * The bed was comfortable * A/C worked well * Breakfast was eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread options, cereal, and make your own waffle Bad: * They are doing remodeling which was never disclosed * The hotel was dirty (this seems to be a El Paso thing) * Fire Alarm went off multiple times from 7:45am till 8:30am. (We had left at 8:30 so not sure after) * Pool closed * Ice machine broken * Our door had no deadbolt or chain lock option At the end of the day it was a place to sleep but our family will more than likely try to never stay in El Paso as we travel. The lack of transparency is disappointing and based on the bad feel like the price should have been different.

this staff is amazing.the hotel itself was horrific. the indoor pool would be opened and closed. should have remained closed there was a film on top of the water with brown fuzzy stuff along the bottom. one staff member advised us it was not safe. that they wouldn’t get in it. health department needs to check out that pool. no laundry for guests as advertised in the room the bed frames are sticking out so prepare to either bruise, scratch or cut your shines and feet. the couch was stained. the shower floor has mildew. shower curtains moldy we found a nice hairball in the bathroom as well. not to mention the big bubbles above the shower from the room upstairs. carpets are scary as well. i feel so bad for those employees busting their butts to help their guests the best they can with the conditions of the building itself. whoever owns this ought to compensate that staff. then be held accountable for the condition inside.

There was nobody at the front desk. We called the number that was provided on the counter, and we could hear the phone ringing in the back room. I walked around the property and it is very apparent it is under remodeling, After many phone calls went unanswered, my buddy went across the parking lot, and found that the one employee was responsible for both hotels. The worst check-in experience I have ever had.
