“Very individual inn with amazing restaurant facilities and a good choice of beers! Slight downside was the fact that our room just had Velux windows which didn't open and it was a bit stifling at night. There were no other windows except for a small one in the ensuite. We were late in booking so at least we had a lovely clean room! Bed was very comfy. Overall: would we go back there? Yes, certainly!!”

“The hotel is on a lovely golf estate and a nice pool. The rooms are fine. I had booked 3 rooms for my son's graduation. One room was single which was in the loft. It was during the hot weather and the window wouldn't open and the rooms do not have air condition. There was a wedding celebration and the room was over the area of the party. “Lovely old building and themed rooms. We were allocated the China room as we told the hotel ahead of time we were celebrating our Sapphire wedding anniversary so it was lovely that it was all blue. My only criticism was that in hindsight, it was a very expensive hotel with no reception, no spa (we booked into the orange grove for treatments but assumed it was a proper spa with swimming pool only to find it was just rooms adjacent to the hotel.) £210 per night was a tad over the top just for a...
