โWe hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.โ
โThis is a very nice hotel. It is not the most modern facility but it is very clean. I had a lovely stay. The staff are so friendly and are very willing to help with anything. My only notice was there was no electric outlets by the head of the bed, so anyone using a BIPAP/CPAP machine would need a long extension cord. Maybe that can be provided. The bathroom was spotless. โMe and my fiancee stayed last year and the manager recognised us the food is excellent as are the staff a deffo stay again and again the balmoral suite very comfy and large spacious bathroom โ
