“I want to give a really balanced view about The Stone House Hotel. I was staying for two nights on business and I found all of the colleagues that worked there to be extremely friendly and helpful. The food served is of a high quality. I had both the breakfast and items from their Indian menu - everything was really good. The downsides are: there is no air conditioning in the hotel. “Lovely hotel. Stayed with my wife for her birthday. We had a deluxe room which was quite a long walk from hotel reception. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was massive! Only negative points for the room were the amount of cobwebs and dust around light fittings and soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear people in other rooms using their toilet facilities.
