"We had an amazing time at the Ten-Yu Hakone Property. Staff was helpful, we got very nice mountain facing rooms, and they gave us rooms together per our request. The rooms were super clean and beautiful. The dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent. we just wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could."

"For the location in heart of Shinjuku, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Like anywhere else in the area, when you walk out in the morning it looks like Times Square New Year and Mardi Gras went off the night before. But the city does a good job of cleaning up for the next round."

"Clean Spacious room with a nice big shower, we didn't have to climb over bathtub. Bed was big and comfortable. The staff were helpful Breakfast was basic, even though there were lots of options O didn't like most of it. Nothing really stood out. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, however they do not offer airport drop off in the evening enven though the bus is still travelling empty to the airport to pick up guest. Conveniently located near Haneda airport, however far from attractions and malls."

"I chose this hotel near the airport for the first night of my trip, and I felt it was excellent—even when compared to the other hotels I stayed at later. It was a shame that bad weather prevented me from going out onto the terrace, but I would certainly like to stay here again. However, I found it very confusing to get there by train; navigating the monorail platform was difficult to figure out."

The property was beautifully landscaped with several varieties of cherry blossom trees, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The blossoms were especially stunning when illuminated at night, while the grounds felt peaceful and serene during the day. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest train station, making it easy and convenient to explore the area. Breakfast was available on-site for an additional fee and featured excellent food quality with a great selection of fresh options. The combination of beautiful surroundings, attentive staff, and delicious dining made for a memorable experience. Highly recommended."
