โEl Casco is a fantastic hotel. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was perfect and so was the morning breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back in the future.โ
โWe did find some hairs on the bed. It happens and we understand. The guy at the desk was quick to take care of the situation and went out of his way to get us into a new room. Absolutely, customer service.โ

Acho importante saberem que o hotel รฉ afastado do centro, mas com um carro tudo fica prรณximo. โ

โHermosa estadia en Equs. Todos fueron muy amables, llegamos muy tarde para el checkin por demoras en nuestro vuelo y desde la posada estuvieron muy atentos y disponibles para recibirnos a la hora que sea. El lugar es hermoso, el desayuno y atencion personalizada fue lo mejor de nuestra estadia. El desayuno super casero, rico y completo y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones para conocer Bariloche. Muy recomendable!!โ
โO hotel รฉ incrรญvel, รฉ como estar em casa. Tem uma vista linda para o lago, quarto espaรงoso e bem quentinho. O cafรฉ da manhรฃ รฉ bem variado e fomos super atendidos por uma brasileira que trabalha no hotel. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar. โ

โSafe secure hotel with lovely rooms that are beautifully decorated and supplied with all you need. They have spectacular views of the lake and access to lake via stairs. Highly recommend staying, much nicer than in Bariloche!โ
