"The room "

"This is a newer property and it is lovely. Situated in a quieter part of Duluth and very close to Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge. Our room had a great view of the Duluth Harbor. It was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the staples of a continental breakfast like, fresh-made waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and great coffee. We were not there long enough to use the workout room or pool area, but we did take advantage of the laundry room. Staff was courteous and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely views from our suite with a perfect view of Bentlyvillle. Walking distance to Bentleyville and Starbucks. Great location and loved the Aveda in room bath products. "

"We loved our stay. It was a great location and everyone from the youngest to the oldest in our group had a blast. The team was super helpful at check-in getting us into our rooms early and for making our stay fun and pleasurable. If we're in the area again we'll definitely stay here! Bonus points because it's dog friendly!"

"I've stayed here several times and I love it. The room was cozy and clean. My one note was the frat boys are loud on the street (one of the nights I stayed was a Friday) but that it's not the hotel's fault and it's not something that bothers me much."
