The unit needed maintenance to come 2 times for air conditioner not working and the ventilation fan needed to be fixed 2 times as well. “The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless.
