“4/29-3/2 My stay at the Westin was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. This was far from a luxury experience. The room had a noticeable moldy smell and could definitely use a dehumidifier. I reported the issue, but no one ever came to address it, which made the stay very uncomfortable. “Beautiful Place to stay when going to St.Thomas. Real chill and relaxing. Got a little busy on the beach from people getting off cruise ships. Only thing wish they had elevators and rooms outdated. Everything else was great!!!!”

“Property was very quaint, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the amenities were appropriate for the property. The pool was small but very nice providing a view of the hills surrounding St. Thomas and overlooking the town itself. It was within walking distance of just about everything that we wanted to see. The room was small, not posh, but very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for in our breif layover in St. Thomas and we will be back when we can...

“Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“Air conditioning is defective. Lost power twice. No hair blower, parking is not easy. Only the celiling cools me off. Can't use the tv because had to log in each time. Room per night is overprice and not a standard hotel.”

“Overall loved the location and amenities. Staff was also great. Only issue in our room is it needs a bed/mattress replacement. I felt like I was laying on different levels of plywood. Caused some back discomfort. ”
