The location was perfect…not too far out of town and easy to find and access! Check in and communication with the resort was great! The cabin was super clean and was perfect for our short stay! The only complaint I have is the fireplace did not come on and the futon/sofa was extremely uncomfortable!

Although old and needing an update, the property is clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Great for an overnight stay. It is a motor lodge, so has a motel feel.

I liked that a nice restaurant was on site. I liked how close it was to RMNP. However, the rooms are getting a bit old and run down. I don’t think our heater worked.

No on site staff however the staff was extremely helpful via text and phone calls if needed. The property is beautiful, right along a creek and close to the downtown and national park. I loved the outdoor seating along the creek with views of surrounding mountains. The rooms were decently clean and well decorated. Overall highly reccomend!

Room was good but I did not like that there was no hotel office. Checking was done remotely and the person was nice. Coffee maker was good. Three miles to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner 100 ft away.

Five star scenery. Near entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Appreciated the easy keypad check-in. Comfy furniture and bed. Mountain themed decor. Small bathroom but plenty of soaps and shampoo. Older resort, updated nicely and great location.

Simple place in a good location. I liked the self-service check-in and the fact that our room was on the top floor. It was also very convenient to be able to drive around to the back of the building and park right by the entrance. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned properly - you definitely don’t want to find a towel left behind by a previous guest. Overall, a convenient and simple stay, but the cleanliness could be better.

I chose this place as a surprise for my daughter’s “35th” Birthday. It was a surprise during our vacation. We loved the rustic theme of the room w/ cedar walls & decor. The easy check-in was helpful. Bed was comfy. The river runs in front of the place with a sidewalk to take a walk. Very enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

Check in was confusing as instructions went in my junk mail but once I figured that out it went ok. Parking was convenient almost right outside the room. Pool was not usable but didn't matter to me. Adjacent restaurant was awesome. Location was super convenient. Room was clean. Overall dated but quaint. Wanted to stay there again our way home but they were booked.
