“Pleasant place to stay.”

“The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep.”

“A warm welcome to a great little place Spacious room ,fantastic shower ,very comfortable bed Superb breakfast Highly recommended”

“Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). “It was a great stay”

I let the person at the other end of the text messages know, and we were “upgraded” to another room (slightly larger and had a bathtub instead of a shower). This ...

“Lovely hotel! Beautiful interior and comfy beds. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were shut so that was only disappointing part. Other then that was lovely”

“Excellent all round food and accommodation”

“Beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Great price including a wonderful breakfast.”

“This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

“This is my favourite place to stay. Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. The food is amazing and plenty of choice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend”
