"This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything we needed.
Breakfast was good. There was an issue with our second day breakfast, but they quickly changed my plate.
