“The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive.”

But they were fast to charge for parking; first night we had issue with WiFi connection, my husband called service desk and was told if he can’t connect we have to pay for WiFi; what a surprise!...
