โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โWe had a great 3 night stay. We were in town for a football game so it was pretty busy but never seemed loud or crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable - plenty of room for the two of us. The location is great for food, drinks & shopping. Itโs a bit of a walk to the stadium but totally doable. We would definitely stay here again.โ
โWe were in town for UT parents weekend. This was a nice location, only a short drive to campus. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. They had orange and white cupcakes out for guests on the day of the game which was a really sweet touch! Very much makes you feel like you are in a college town. They quickly found and delivered a rollaway bed when our UT student decided to join us in the hotel at the last minute. The only thing I would change is to have housekeeping come and...
