"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. "It's a lovely hotel. Each of the rooms are decorated differently which I thought was a nice touch. Located right in the centre of the tourist area of Bruges, everything is within a very short stroll. The breakfast is buffet style with a nice selection of foods, both hot and cold. The staff were great, friendly and eager to make your stay special. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that I would be happy to return to."

"Had to ask 3 times for someone to look at heater. The staff were not customer helpful. Maintenance were to come to my room. No one came. No knock on my door. Had the tv on and you could hear it if you were outside the door. I was told he did not come because I had the sign on the door that I did not need the room cleaned. No amenities to speak of. When checking in no one looked at me, or said we’ll be right with you, nothing for approximately 6 minutes. Mold should be cleaned in shower. Not even 3 star."

"We did not utilize the breakfast service as it was costly (20 euros per person). You were not allowed to take anything out of the dining room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Elevator to second floor had a sewer gas smell. The hallways, furniture in the lobby and carpets are very tired (worn) and could use some updating."
