Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it).
Two suggestions:
1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am
2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times it works well anyway, but at times it does not) .
