โ5 stars customer service. The man at front desk (Sunday 08/17/25 4:15 pm)was polite and friendly. He deserves an employee of the month award. The hotel is neat and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. We're coming back next time we go to a concert in Arcadia theater. This hotel is highly recommended.โ
โEverything was great. I was happy to see a coffee maker in the room - EXCEPT there were NO coffee cups and NO Decaf coffee!

โWe arrived two hours early and they were able to put us in a room, which we were very thankful for. Breakfast was fine, the coffee in the lobby was excellent! They did have a Keurig in the room, which is a lot better than a lot of hotel room coffee makers. All of the employees were very friendly. We will probably stay again when we go back.

โEasy location to get to, about an hr from downtown Chicago...right off the highway. Next to a movie theater. No concerns on room cleanliness. Quiet hotel. Stayed there Thur-Sun. Free breakfast included 2 hot options, scrambled eggs and meat. Sausage one day, bacon the next, and ham the last day. Pool only open from 9am-8pm, so we never got to use it. It was pretty small in size. Front desk staff very polite. Easy safe on site parking. We'd come back. โ
"DO NOT GO HERE. This place is infected with cockroaches. You will experience cockroaches in your bed when you wake up, crawling on you in your sleep. I went here to have some rest from exhausting work, and found a cockroach on the desk. I called the front desk and they said pest control is not available at 11PM, rooms are fully booked, and they do not have authority to give me a refund or any compensation. I tried to cope with the cockroach which I haven't found, and went to sleep at 1:30AM without getting into the sheets, which I could not trust anymore at that moment and didn't even turn off the lights. At 4:00AM, I felt something weird and woke up to see the cockroach on my bed. I immediately packed everything up and escaped from that room and went to the lobby only to hear that they don't have authority again. The manager, Gabe spoke to me on phone after 2 phone calls and I am still waiting for him to send me an e-mail about the compensation the hotel will give me. This was totally unacceptable, and i do not understand that it is taking this long for them to give a response for such a terrible experience. I need at least a full refund on this."
