"Heat not working, rude staff had to use a space heater as they never fixed heat. Wouldn't stay here again!! Its more like a 2 star hotel or 3 star at most "

"Charged for parking. Deck was not well kept. Multiple sets of lines dirty around elevator, rough patches walking to elevator "

"Room was average, the door had a large gap so you can hear everything in the hall easily. Gym was weird. There was a huge window in the main lobby hallway that looked in to the small room, so everyone walking by can watch you working out ….from behind. Like you are in a fishbowl. I chose not to use it. Pool looked ok. Staff looked unprofessional. Wearing sweats like they just woke up and walked in from home. No uniform. No professional attire, even at the front desk. I used the hotel for a travel work trip. I was working nights and wanted to take my breakfast back to my room to relax and enjoy but they don’t allow that. First hotel that I have ever stayed in that had that rule. Hallways and elevator smelled like weed on several occasions."

"Seemed like they were renovating but the room was a little rough around the edges. Our room was sparsely furnished with damaged/dated furniture and finishings, and a couch/sofa bed that was unusable."

"The Good: Breakfast was tasty with a solid variety, including fresh options for making breakfast sandwiches. Reasonable Pet Fee. The Bad: Staff were not friendly—more indifferent than rude—and often unavailable. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk just to check out. I requested a handicap-accessible room with no stairs but was placed on the second floor. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the building, with no nearby handicap parking. The TV didn’t work and had to be rewired by staff. Trash barrels near the entrance doors were overflowing, and there was a constant smell of alcohol, marijuana, and vaping in the area. The Ugly: The toilet ran constantly unless manually adjusted—something housekeeping should have caught, especially since the room didn’t feel clean. A smoke detector directly above the bed flashed a bright light every few minutes, repeatedly waking us. The dog relief area was filthy, with waste scattered throughout and no visible maintenance. Worst of all, constant plumbing noise. Water ran frequently during the day, then nonstop starting at 4:20 a.m. for over an hour—sleep was impossible. Checked out and won’t be back."
