“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“It was good”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“The property is very well managed. And the historic nature of the property is well preserved and maintained. Breakfast was good - would have preferred hot milk for my coffee. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Would love to visit for a longer time in my next visit.”

“Staff went above and beyond. John and James (shuttle drivers) were so amazing and kind. The check-in and out staff were wonderful and so helpful. And even the maintenance man was awesome. Thank you all, I hope to stay here again.”

“Very clean”

“Good 👍”
