I apologize that your stay wasn't what you expected. We tell everyone that asks what we serve for breakfast so that should have not been an issue. As far as the gap under the door, I will address that with my manager. Thank you for staying with us at Super 8 Fairfield.

First of all I would like to apologize for this mistake. We did not have either of the reservations in our system. The hotel is not at fault with this matter. You booked through a 3rd party and they did not confirm your reservation with us, therefore hotels.com is at fault and should compensate you for the trouble.
