Überfordertes Personal Zimmer sehr alt und abgewohnt Frühstück wie in einer Jugendherberge Beschwerden werden nicht akzeptiert Gast wird des Hauses verwiesen bei Beschwerde über das Essen ( vom Besitzer persönlich) WLAN aber nur bei der Information ℹ️ Nicht in den Zimmern 4 Sterne sehr fraglich für was Positiv die schöne Umgebung und die super tolle Pizzeria gleich neben dem Hotel mit dem super freundlichen zuvorkommenden Personal !

Das Hotel liegt in malerischer Gegend und ist modern-rustikal eingerichtet. Alle sind sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und das Hotel ist gepflegt und sehr sauber! Top!

Comfortable and excellent hospitality

Hospitality and the service were both fantastic. The room was very clean and spacious. Although the memory foam mattress was slightly soft for me. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably come back in the near future.

Find something else.

Nice staff but everything else about the hotel was near terrible. Beds were almost falling apart and made the loudest noise if you would move an inch. Spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling in every room. All over not good!

Excellent Hotel

Hotel is set in a beautiful area surrounded by the mountains. The staff were exceptional, the food was fantastic and the rooms were great. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful. I would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone

Friendly staff. Great pool.

Very handy for skiing at Hintersee. Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Great snow tubing 3 mins walk away.
