"Didn’t have our room ready till 10:30 pm. Carried our bags to the lobby to check in three different times. Reason given was they were short of room cleaning staff. Rooms were average. Location was good but probably won’t stay there again. A 10:30 pm check in time is unacceptable "

"When I first pulled in, the worker was out front smoking. They were quick to get me checked in with minimal interaction. The only way we knew about breakfast was because my kid needed to use the restroom which was located next to the dining room. The room was very clean and nice, lots of room. The shower water pressure was amazing. I have back issues and the bed just didn't work well for me. The pillows were really nice, just wish there was 4 instead of 3. Breakfast was good but the same everyday, biscuits, gravy, watery scrambled eggs, sausage patty or links, waffle maker, bread, bagel, fruit loops, frosted flakes, and make your own oatmeal, apple juice or orange juice, milk in fridge. I tried calling for WiFi password and never got an answer or call back. There are 3 childrens channels on the TV. We were put by the stairs and heard EVERYTHING. Our neighbors up laughing and playing, people coming in late around 1am running up and down the stairs and even outside the room on floor 1. At one point it was so loud it woke up my kid, who sleeps like a rock. It made them scared. The location is very conveniently located next to the strip so you're not stuck in traffic. I was easily able to order doordash to bring groceries for the refrigerator, which was spacious. The cleaning people were very friendly and cleaned one time in our 3 night stay. They just changed the trash and gave towels like i wanted because let's be real, my room was a nightmare with my 5 year old. "

"We go to branson 5+ times a year and this is by far the best room we have stayed at for the price of the room. The hotel was very quite. We had 2 children under 2 year old and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The room was VERY clean. Hotel staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a variety of different foods to choose from. The elevator made it convenient to carry luggage and two kids up to our room. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was very plentiful and hot and fresh. There was a group of 10 of us we were fortunate to stay in building one but 2 of the couples who were older were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. "

"Parking was abundant and safe. Staff was excellent and surroundings were beautiful. Lots of activities available on site as well as food! Will definitely stay there again!"

"Breakfast was okay didn’t have real syrup creamer or real butter we prioritize healthier food choices so it didn’t fit our needs well but others probably wouldn’t care Pool was great and staff was super friendly Fitness center was pretty small and no water access which was odd "
