“Exceptionally clean! All public areas and rooms were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! ALL staff were very helpful, gladly providing anything we asked for and offering great restaurant suggestion in nearby Dallas NC that could easily accommodate our 6 adults and 2 high chair babies. The staff here must be well trained and well managed: they were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. THAT really makes for a good customer experience!”

“Breakfast was nice, and so was the fire pit outside. Rooms were clean and nice. Do not go for the purpose of the pool because it’s tiny, but little kids would still enjoy it. Overall staff was great! There was just one front desk lady that wasn’t very pleasant. My biggest complaint was the SMELL in the elevators and in the hallways of the guest rooms, kind of garbage-like.”

“Our stay had several issues. We arrived around 4:30 AM and there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 15 minutes, and although there is a sign to call for assistance, we tried calling 3–4 times with no answer before someone finally showed up. When staff did arrive, they were not welcoming at all. The room itself was also lacking—there were no doors on the closet and the bathroom did not have any shower gel provided. “I sent one of my techs to this property, very little staff, rooms were smoked in which caused him not to be able to sleep. He told me this is the worst Hotel he has ever stayed in. If Hotels allow smoking in the rooms it should be mentioned in the adds.”

“Nasty with a capital 'N'. The property looks like it had a recent renovation but the room and common areas, elevator, etc were so dirty and smelled terrible. The floor in our room was sticky, walls had streaks of grime running down them, bad smell. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Elevator was dirty, grimy. The access door on the side of the building was broken so it was open and unlocked. Would not stay there again, not even for a night passing through. Many other hotels...
