The first room we had looked like it had been cleaned upon entering it, but then we discovered that there was a poop slide in the toilet, the sink was dirty, the floor needed to be cleaned, and the bed contained human hairs and debris in it. The girl at the front desk did put us in a different room, but of course we had to repack the car and drive to a different parking lot. That room was cleaner, but the floor also needed to be swept, and there was a long black hair stuck to the sheet. The sheet appeared to be clean, but the hair had somehow been partially woven into the fabric, presumably from laundering. It was also a rather rough sheet, so not particularly comfortable. Overall, the housekeeping staff do their jobs very poorly. In addition, they charge $50 up front and then refund it if you haven't stolen or damaged anything, but it can take several day for the refund to appear in your account. Most places we're familiar with will just add charges to the credit card for that sort of thing if necessary, not charge it upon arrival or check-in.
