The bed was comfy and great water pressure in the shower. Heater a little noisy. Could benefit from an extra blanket just in case and a face washer. Reception team were great. Very kind and courteous on my pre arrival call and during check in. Considering on a busy roadway, I barely heard any noise.

Hotel is in a very convenient area for access to everything. Room was supplied with the essentials required. Pillows need to be changed , got very sore neck from the low pillows and had to pay extra money for parking on arrival we were unaware of. Otherwise 4 star stay.

The room was small but very clean. Nice towels, tea, coffee etc. Bistro, wine outlet within half a block, could see Coles and McDonalds from our window.
