“The staff were friendly. The sound bath was incredible. Great treatments. The breakfast was lovely. We were sad for the rain to Cancel our a la carte grill meal.”

“ We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. ”
