“The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. “The overall environment and swimming pool were good. On the last day, I was surprised to see cockroaches on the ceiling. I think it would be a really good place to stay if there were no cockroaches.”
