We stayed previously and there was ongoing maintenance so this was a surprise. Balcony is useless as there is no furniture. Not a lot of electrical outlets available and the USB outlets were not working, so if you are a couple with more than two rechargeable devices, good luck. A kitchen but no pans etc. to do anything. "The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "

"Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage.
